Each partner is given a unique partner referral coupon code that can be used at the point of order processing, either by the partner themselves while setting up a U.S. company for a white label experience or to be provided to partner clients looking to self serve and form a company on our platform.
Each company formed using a coupon code then tracks associated referral revenue which is then paid out to our partners on a monthly basis via our automated payouts platform directly to our partners bank account via automated ACH or wire transfer deposits.
All partner commission payouts are paid out in US$ (US Dollars) which may be converted into local currency equivalent at the time of deposit by your financial institution.
Our partner program is a way for like minded businesses to offer U.S. company formations to their clients and to generate revenue from doing so.
Generally speaking, one of our partner program team members will review your company information and website to determine if you are good fit. In the event that additional information is required, we may reach out to you to schedule a call to discuss your business in more detail. As part of our company formation services, we will file these documents on your behalf and work with the local authorities to have your company formally and legally registered in your country of choice.
Business Address
To open a company in any international jurisdiction, you are required to have a local business address in the country. To aid this, we will provide a registered business address for you in the location of your company formation. This address serves as a business address and registered mail forwarding address.

Obtaining a Local Tax ID
