Step 1 of our process to get your company registered is to select a location of incorporation so that we can obtain a business address for your company. We will then move onto the incorporation process directly with the relevant authorities.


We incorporate


Step 2 in the process is to file your articles of incorporation with the relevant authorities. Once issued, we will then obtain the local Tax IDs from the authorities on your behalf, which are required to open your bank account and file your taxes.


Bank setup


Once we have your company formation is complete and have your articles back from the state, alongside your tax ID confirmation details, we will refer you to our banking partners to get your bank account setup.
