Where sensitive physical mail is forwarded, such as bank debit cards, tracking details will be provided for our clients to track mail to its final destination.

Our online business management portal allows our clients to login and download digital copies of business formation documents. In addition to this, clients can also login to access digital business mail and request physical copies.

Address FAQs
All of our business address locations are physical locations, within actual buildings in all 50 States. We do not utilize P.O Boxes as they are not allowed by our banking partners or the IRS to register your business. In addition, many of our business addresses are in prime business locations.
Yes, in cases where you require physical copies of your mail, specifically for example, bank cards, we will forward those to you anywhere in the world as part of our general services. Shipping ee’s or international delivery will be incurred in most cases.
Absolutely! – The U.S. business address you obtain from us will be used to apply for your EIN Tax ID from the IRS and will be your location of contact for the IRS for tax filing purposes.
Digital copies of your mail in PDF format will be made available online within your account. You will also be notified via automated email alerts of new mail received at your business address. Where necessary, for mail that needs to be forwarded in physical form (bank debit cards etc), we will send the mail directly to you, anywhere in the world, with a tracking number.

To open a company in the United States, you are required to have a US business address in the state of incorporation. Once step 1 has been completed, we will obtain a registered business address for you in the state of your company formation. This address serves as a business address and registered mail forwarding address.
Filing Documents with State

Obtaining an EIN Tax ID
